About this tool
Records come exclusively from the SOA's published exam results, result archives, and new ASA/CERA/FSA recognition lists. A listed pass or recognition is a matter of official public record; this tool only makes those existing publications searchable in one place. Names are matched exactly as listed by the SOA, so a person listed under different name forms will appear as separate entries, and different people sharing a name are indistinguishable here.
Want your name removed from this search? Ask via the contact page and we will suppress it. Suppression removes the name from this tool's index at the next rebuild; it does not and cannot alter the SOA's official publications, and site-wide aggregate statistics are unaffected. CAS candidates are not included: the CAS no longer publishes complete passing-name lists, so CAS coverage stays aggregate-only on the pass-rates hub.
Official SOA sources included
The index is built only from documents the Society of Actuaries publishes itself. It currently covers 456,147 exam pass-list entries and 45,905 ASA, CERA, and FSA recognitions, parsed from 1,299 official SOA documents (last refreshed July 5, 2026). The three source collections:
- Recent exam results — the current published pass lists.
- Exam result archives — historical pass lists back to 2007.
- New ASA, CERA, and FSA recognitions — the monthly credential lists.
Every search result links back to the specific SOA document it was parsed from, so you can verify any match against the official record. Aggregate analytics built from the same data — difficulty by sitting, exam transitions, and travel time to ASA and FSA — are on the SOA exam analytics page.

How do I search SOA exam results by name?
Type a candidate's name into the box above and search. Matching is exact on each name part, ignoring accents and punctuation, and works in either first-last or last-first order. Results list every official pass or recognition on record for that name, each linked to its SOA source document.
Are these official SOA passing candidate names?
Yes. Every entry comes from a list the Society of Actuaries published itself — exam pass lists, result archives, or new ASA/CERA/FSA recognition lists. This tool only makes those existing public records searchable in one place; it adds no names of its own.
Does this include ASA, CERA, and FSA recognition lists?
Yes. Alongside exam pass lists, the index covers the SOA's new-designation recognition lists, so a search returns both exam passes and credential recognitions where they exist for that name.
Why aren't CAS candidates included?
The Casualty Actuarial Society stopped publishing complete passing-candidate lists after Fall 2025, so no comparable official name-level source exists. CAS results are covered only as aggregate pass rates on the pass-rates hub.
How can someone request name removal?
Ask via the contact page. We suppress the name from this tool's search index at the next rebuild. Suppression cannot alter the SOA's own official publications, and it does not affect site-wide aggregate statistics.
